Day Camp FAQ

No refunds after registration deadline. (May 21st)

Send refund requests to [email protected] by the last day of registration.
Include:
 1. Name and date of the camp
 2. The session being canceled (if applicable)
 3. Registrant’s name and last name
 4. Reason for the refund request

Discounts and cookie credits cannot be reused.

If you have a family emergency (severe sickness or death in the immediate family) after the registration deadline, send an email to: [email protected] and copy [email protected] with that information for a refund request.
Request must be received in writing within 24 hours of the event.

  • Girl Scout membership is nonrefundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  • No refunds will be issued if registrant leaves the camp due to disciplinary action, homesickness, or parental request.
  • No refunds will be issued if a registrant is dropped from to the camp due to incomplete or missing paperwork or not meeting prerequisites.
