Hello everyone!
We are so excited to announce that the Santa Barbara astronomy club is back in session for the fall!
Our first meeting is September 9, 7:00 p.m., at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History in Farrand Hall, so mark your calendars! We will be there at the entrance to the museum to guide you to the spot if you don’t know how to get there.
As for future dates, we will be meeting every other month on the second Saturday. These dates are September 9, November 11, January 13, March 9, and May 11.
The kickoff meeting will be about eclipses! We’ll be talking about these events in anticipation of the one on October 14- more details on that coming soon!
Lastly, please fill out this google form if you get the chance! It will really help us plan for future meetings to make sure everything is as fun and interactive for everyone coming.
